Cancellation, Returns & Refund Policy – Manav Herbals

In case of a return, replacement, or refund, Manav Herbals will process the refund within 5–7 working days from the date the product is received and verified at our warehouse.

Refund Process by Payment Method

1. Online Payments (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking / UPI):
The refund will be credited back to the same account used at the time of purchase within 5–7 working days after the returned product is received and verified.
Please note that it may take an additional 2–3 working days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank.

2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
For COD transactions, the refund amount will be processed via bank transfer based on the bank details shared by you via email.
The refund will be initiated within 5–7 working days after:

• The product is received and verified at our warehouse, and

• Your complete bank details are received by us.

It may take an additional 2–3 working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
